Finca Zarza Pacamara Advanced Washed comes from Tanat Coffee, produced by brothers Jhonatan and Johan Gasca at Finca Zarza in Huila, Colombia — a name that needs no introduction in the specialty coffee world. This extraordinary Pacamara has been used twice by World Barista Champion Jack Simpson, most recently to claim the world title in 2025. Through their meticulous multi-stage advanced washed process, the Gasca brothers coax a vivid, floral, and intensely aromatic cup bursting with raspberry, hibiscus, and rose tea. A competition-grade filter coffee and one of the most celebrated lots in the world right now.
