Founded in St. Pölten, Austria in 2012, Kaffeelix has spent over a decade doing one thing with unwavering dedication: roasting exceptional specialty coffee. Every coffee in their range scores at least 80 points on the international Cup Score scale, and production conditions at origin are just as important as cup quality — with direct sourcing from producers and transparent supply chains at the heart of how they work. Kaffeelix roasts light and intentionally, preserving the natural characteristics of each origin and process rather than masking them with roasted notes or bitterness. Their small, passionate team works out of St. Pölten using two handmade Coffeetool drum roasters and a Giesen W1A, guided by years of experience, intuition, and Cropster roasting software for consistent, reproducible results. The approach is simple: gentle, precise roasting that lets great coffee speak for itself.
