Alo Bore Washed comes from Tanat Coffee, produced by Tamiru Tadesse in the highlands of Guji, Ethiopia, at over 2,000 MASL. This washed lot of the 74158 variety is roasted as an omni roast, performing beautifully as both espresso and filter. Clean and floral with exceptional clarity, it opens with delicate white flowers before giving way to sweet peach and a lively, refreshing grapefruit finish.
