Tanzania Iloma Station comes from Onyx Coffee Lab, sourced from the Iloma AMCOS cooperative — uniting smallholder producers from the Mufaumbo and Illomba villages in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania, at 1,800 MASL. This Bourbon lot undergoes a washed and dry washed process, producing a clean, refined cup with a warm, comforting depth. Expect notes of plum and red apple, sweetened by raw sugar, and finished with a subtle warmth of nutmeg — a beautifully balanced and approachable single origin.
