Grown at 2,100 metres in Colombia’s Nariño mountains, this elegant Geisha from the Esencia Pura Cooperative showcases the character of its high-altitude volcanic terroir. The cherries undergo a carefully controlled 36–96 hour anaerobic fermentation before being washed and slowly dried for 10–25 days. In the cup, sweet dried apricot leads the profile, followed by delicate jasmine and vibrant citrus. With an 88-point score and a filter roast, this coffee offers a bright, refined balance of fruit, floral character, and refreshing acidity.
