Grown by Juan Peña at elevations between 1,900 and 2,100 metres above sea level in Ecuador’s Saraguro region, this coffee showcases the exceptional Typica Mejorado variety. Carefully washed and fermented for 15 hours, it delivers the clean, clear, and harmonious profile that made it such a favourite last year, making it an excellent choice for filter brewing.

In the cup, expect delicate notes of ripe pear and maple syrup, creating a smooth, comforting sweetness. A bright touch of orange adds freshness and balance, lifting the profile and bringing clarity to the finish.
