Tanat - Gesha Village - Ethiopia - Oma Anaerobic Natural G26/E24
Tasting notes: Poppy, Blueberries, Orange
Originating from the legendary terroir of Gesha Village, in the heart of the West Omo region of Ethiopia, this Oma G26 E24 lot is cultivated on the slopes of the Oma block, where the Gesha 1931 variety expresses its full finesse. The natural anaerobic fermentation of this lot brings remarkable aromatic depth without masking the terroir's identity.
In the cup, the opening is airy. The poppy evokes a floral sweetness, joined by a juicy blueberry, and then the orange illuminates the whole with a lively freshness, leaving a long and elegant finish.
Each cup will evolve as it cools, revealing new facets with a precision that is the hallmark of great Ethiopian Gesha.
