This exceptional coffee comes from the “El Vapor” plot, perched at a high elevation of 1,900 to 2,100 metres in the renowned Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. Grown by producer Roger Ureña Hidalgo and processed at his family-run micro mill, Santa Teresa 2000, this Catuai lot reflects both precision farming and deep dedication to quality.

Shaped by the cool, misty mornings of El Vapor, the coffee cherries undergo a slow maturation that concentrates their natural sugars and enhances complexity. The result is a rich, expressive cup with remarkable sweetness and balance.
