Dahwe washing station processes cherries from around 1,400 smallholder producers in southern Rwanda. This fully washed Red Bourbon has a familiar Rwandan balance of cooked stone fruit, citrus and tea-like aromatics. Careful fermentation, sorting and extended drying support a clean cup that becomes brighter and more apple-led as it cools.
