Full Bloom is a bright and expressive Colombian coffee from producer Eulises Guzman Serrato in La Plata, Huila. The washed process brings clarity to a vibrant profile of hibiscus and sweet clementine, balanced by the soft, nutty sweetness of almond. Delicate floral aromas and a marzipan-like sweetness add further depth, while the lively citrus character keeps the cup fresh and elegant. A beautifully balanced coffee that captures a colourful combination of florals, citrus, and gentle sweetness.
