Costa Rica Don Sabino Natural comes from Lilo Coffee Roasters, grown by Steven Vargas at the Don Sabino micromill in San Isidro de Alajuela, Central Valley, Costa Rica. Built on a foundation of washed processing expertise, Steven's team produces natural coffees with remarkable clarity and sweetness — a rare combination. This lot is even more special for being a single-variety Typica, a treasured but increasingly rare variety, finished as a natural process. The result is a beautifully smooth and effortlessly drinkable cup, with notes of soft orange peel, apricot, and apple, finishing with an elegant cinnamon tea sweetness.
