Colombia Santuario Raspberry comes from Lilo Coffee Roasters, produced at Campo Hermoso in Quindío, Colombia, at 1,850–2,100 MASL. This is a collaboration between Edwin Noreña — a third-generation farmer, Q Grader, and Cup of Excellence judge — and Camilo Merizalde's Santuario Project, one of Colombia's most innovative fermentation research hubs. This Caturra lot undergoes a raspberry mossto co-fermentation, infusing the beans with vivid fruit character while preserving the coffee's natural clarity. The result is an exuberant, fruit-forward cup bursting with raspberry and passionfruit, sweet and tart pink grapefruit and cherry, and a crisp, refreshing rosé-like finish.
