Kaffeelix Gotiti Washed Organic is sourced from the Eva Gotiti Wet Processing Station, established in 2022 in the Gedeo Zone, Gedeb Wereda, Gotiti Kebele, Ethiopia. Cherry from 868 smallholder farmers is meticulously sorted, fermented in controlled water tanks, and dried on raised beds, with strict water management and traceability practices throughout. Certified organic and grown using traditional intercropping methods, this clean, elegant cup offers bright notes of orange blossom, apricot, and peach, layered with toffee sweetness and a smooth milk chocolate finish.
