Kaffeelix Inzá Regional Espresso is a fully washed field blend sourced from the 290 smallholder members of the Asorcafe Association in the Inzá municipality of Cauca, Colombia. Grown on the high plateau of the Macizo Colombiano at over 2,000 MASL, the beans undergo a precise 20–40 hour fermentation before drying for 8–15 days. Roasted specifically for espresso, the result is a bright, sophisticated shot with intense notes of blackcurrant and blood orange, balanced by the crisp sweetness of apple and cantaloupe.
