This washed Maracaturra from Finca El Socorro is a beautifully refined expression of Guatemalan high-altitude coffee. Grown by Juan Diego de la Cerda at elevations of 1,798–1,890 metres, the coffee develops remarkable sweetness and clarity, making it especially well suited to filter brewing.

In the cup, soft nougat sweetness is complemented by crisp apple brightness and delicate chamomile florals. The washed process enhances the coffee’s clean structure and elegant finish, resulting in a smooth, balanced, and highly expressive brew that highlights the unique character of the Maracaturra variety.
