Caturra Natural Finca El Paraíso comes from producer José Ignacio Gómez, grown in Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia, at 1,850 MASL. A saturated, fruit-forward cup built around cranberry and fig, with a deeper chocolate truffle finish. Whole-cherry fermentation and careful drying contribute density and aromatic intensity, while a tart purple-fruit acidity and rounded texture keep the profile balanced.
