Grown in rich volcanic soils and a cool mountain environment, this Geisha benefits from slow cherry maturation that helps develop its exceptional clarity and complexity. The carefully controlled washed process highlights the variety’s delicate character, resulting in a clean and refined cup with aromas of honeysuckle and pomelo. In the cup, expect vibrant notes of honeysuckle, jasmine, bergamot, pomelo, apple, and candy, complemented by a silky mouthfeel and lively acidity.
