Colombia El Sendero Mosto Washed comes from Ethica Coffee Roasters, produced by Andrés Martínez — a biochemical engineer who brings scientific precision to his family's coffee-growing roots at Finca El Sendero. Grown at 2,000 MASL in the Aponte region of Nariño, this Caturra lot undergoes a complex Mosto Washed process: whole cherries ferment in closed tanks with active coffee mosto for 48 hours, followed by a further 24-hour closed-tank fermentation after depulping. The result is an exceptionally balanced and floral cup with delicate jasmine aromatics, ripe cantaloupe sweetness, and a silky, honey-like mouthfeel.
