China Qiu Po Anaerobic Natural comes from Ethica Coffee Roasters, sourced from the Yunshang lot at Autumn Amber farm in Lincang, Yunnan, China, at 1,600 MASL. This is Ethica's second year working with this exceptional Catimor, processed through a 48-hour anaerobic natural and roasted for filter. Yunnan's evolution in coffee quality shines through in a remarkably sweet, fruit-forward cup with notes of dark plum, raisin, and red wine. Best enjoyed two weeks post-roasting.
