Mayor is a carefully developed coffee born from the ongoing experimentation and quality-focused work at the Lab. Originally inspired by the retired Bright Series profile, Abuelos, this roast was refined through extended development to bring out greater sweetness, a fuller body, and a smoother finish — eventually becoming one of the most loved coffees for home brewing.

Sourced from the high-altitude Chiapas region of Mexico near the Guatemalan border, this washed lot combines Costa Rica, Marcellesa, Typica, and Caturra varietals grown in rich volcanic soil and tropical climate conditions. The cup delivers comforting notes of chocolate syrup, dates, and molasses cookies, all wrapped in a sweet, silky mouthfeel that feels rich yet beautifully balanced.
