Our seasonal Sakura blend returns with the same intention it was first created with. When we initially introduced Sakura, we noticed that while many were intrigued by Ethiopian coffees, some found the acidity too sharp. To create something more inviting, we blended Ethiopian coffee with Central and South American coffees to shape a profile that feels bright yet gentle and floral yet grounded.
This medium light roast offers delicate notes of cherry blossom, apricot, and manuka honey. The cup is luminous but smooth, carrying an elegant sweetness from beginning to end. While it shines particularly well as a pour over, Sakura remains balanced and approachable to capture the feeling of the season in a way that is both expressive and easy to return to.
