Every year, we work closely with Yuki to select coffees suited for the EA decaffeination process, which uses natural fruit esters to gently remove caffeine while preserving sweetness and structure. The result is a beautifully textured decaf with pronounced natural sweetness and a rich, rounded mouthfeel.
