Brought back to life exclusively through a partnership with Café Granja La Esperanza (CGLE), this revived coffee showcases the innovation and craftsmanship behind one of Potosi Farm’s most distinctive offerings.

Produced from the naturally processed Colombia varietal, this lot highlights a variety developed by Cenicafé through the crossing of Caturra and Hybrido de Timor. The result is a coffee known for its unique flavor potential and historical importance within Colombian coffee production.

After harvest, the cherries undergo a controlled 15-hour fermentation before spending 72 hours drying in a dehumidifier. Roasted for filter brewing, this coffee delivers exceptional clarity and sweetness, revealing vibrant notes of candy apple, plum, and hibiscus. The cup is bright, juicy, and expressive, with the signature Sweet Valley character shining through in every sip.
