Revived exclusively through a collaboration with Café Granja La Esperanza (CGLE), this unique coffee marks the return of a beloved lot that was once discontinued. Working closely with the team at Potosi Farm, the processing and production methods were carefully redeveloped to bring this exceptional coffee back to life.

This naturally processed Colombia varietal originates from the renowned Potosi Farm at Café Granja La Esperanza. A hybrid of Caturra and Hybrido de Timor, the Colombia variety was developed by Cenicafé to combine disease resistance with improved cup quality, earning its place as an important milestone in Colombian coffee cultivation.

The cherries undergo a controlled 15-hour fermentation before being dried in a dehumidifier for 72 hours, creating a coffee with remarkable sweetness and complexity. Roasted for espresso, the cup is vibrant and juicy, showcasing notes of candy apple, plum, and hibiscus, alongside the signature Sweet Valley profile that fans of this coffee have come to love.
