Grown by José Luttrell of Abu Coffee in Panama’s Boquete region, this exceptional 91-point Geisha is cultivated at over 1,550 metres, allowing for slow maturation and impressive aromatic development. The natural process enhances its expressive character, opening with juicy cherry and vibrant red-fruit acidity before moving into tropical pineapple and its bright sweetness. As the cup cools, delicate rose notes become increasingly pronounced, adding an elegant floral finish. Roasted for filter brewing, this is a coffee to savour slowly, with its flavours continuing to evolve as the temperature drops.
