This special preparation from Rumudamo combines high-altitude Ethiopian coffee with an anoxic fermentation stage before washing and drying. Produced from cherries supplied by around 600 smallholders, it delivers concentrated floral aromatics, citrus brightness and a sweet, syrupy cup. Scenery recommends at least four weeks of rest to let the light roast open up.
