Grown by the Inga community around Aponte in Colombia’s Nariño region, this Caturra coffee comes from farms at 2,150 metres. Ripe cherries are pulped and dried with their mucilage intact in raised-bed solar dryers, developing a dense body and rounded sweetness.

Scenery’s light-medium roast brings out toffee apple and blackberry, with milk chocolate and a buttery finish as the cup cools. This versatile coffee suits both filter brewing and classic espresso.
