Hartmann Family Maragogype comes from Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters, grown by the Hartmann family at their Ojo de Agua plot in Santa Clara, Panama, at 1,500 MASL. A third-generation family farm founded by Ratibor Hartmann and now shared by his five children, Finca Hartmann is considered one of the pioneers of specialty coffee in Panama — and the first farm in the country to grow and export the rare Maragogype variety. A unique dehydration natural process concentrates the fruit sugars, yielding a mind-bending, intensely sweet filter coffee with vivid notes of mango, cherry, and brown sugar.
