Gesha Letty Bermudez Finca El Paraíso comes from producer Samuel Diego Bermudez, grown in Cauca, Colombia, at 1,930 MASL. This Gesha undergoes double anaerobic fermentation at low temperatures with tropical yeast, finished with a thermal shock wash to lock in flavor precursors and maintain structure. The result is a layered, elegant cup with notes of white peach, jasmine milk tea, and dried rose, supported by a medium body and a prolonged, refined acidity.
