Peru – Tabaconas is a washed coffee sourced from 18 small-scale producers in the high-altitude Tabaconas district of San Ignacio, Cajamarca, grown at 1,500–1,850 metres. This regional blend showcases a smooth and balanced profile, combining sweet nectarine with rich cacao and caramel. The washed process brings clarity to the cup while preserving its rounded sweetness and approachable character. Part of the Café Solidario initiative, the coffee supports a producer-focused project built around sustainable farming, solidarity, and environmental responsibility.
