Finca Tamana is a sweet and comforting washed coffee from El Pital, Huila, Colombia, produced by Elias Roa and Bellanid Sanchez. Made from the Variedad Colombia cultivar, it features inviting notes of caramel, chocolate, and red fruits. The coffee is selectively hand-picked, carefully sorted, fermented for 24 hours, washed, and slowly dried for 20–30 days. The result is a clean, balanced cup that showcases the approachable sweetness and classic character of Colombian coffee.
