Santa Clara is a beautifully balanced washed coffee from Antigua, Guatemala, produced by Ricardo Zelaya at 1,700 metres. Featuring Caturra and Bourbon varieties, it offers smooth notes of maple syrup and yellow plum with gentle citrus brightness. Versatile enough for espresso, filter, or milk-based drinks, this coffee combines sweetness, body, and a clean finish.
