Mullugeta Muntasha and local smallholders produced this Walega coffee in Arbegona, Sidama, Ethiopia, around 2,230 metres above sea level. It is a reserve selection built around an expressive, fruit-led profile.

Anaerobic natural processing combines sealed fermentation with whole-cherry drying. The result is a vibrant filter cup with blue raspberry sweetness, violet aromatics and a tropical mango finish.
