Tony Medina grows Caturra at Finca La Colina in Chimaltenango, Guatemala, around 1,700 metres. Part of the property is devoted to coffee while the rest is protected forest, an important feature of the farm's landscape.

This washed lot is selected for Subtext's milk espresso range. The clean processing and Caturra sweetness bring notes of fig, dried apple and melon, with enough structure to carry through milk.
