Smallholder producers deliver cherries to the Chelbesa Danche station in Gedeb, Ethiopia, where this lot of Kurume and Wolisho is prepared with SNAP Specialty Coffee. Farms in this area sit around 2,200 metres, giving the coffee a vibrant high-altitude character.

Yellow honey processing leaves some mucilage with the coffee during drying, developing sweetness while preserving clarity. As a filter brew, it opens with playful bubblegum aromatics followed by nectarine and cherry fruit.
