This marks our third year featuring award-winning producer Juan Peña, and his Typica Mejorado is a standout representation of Hacienda La Papaya — a variety often regarded as the gem of Ecuador. Grown in the Saraguro Formation, Loja, at 1,800–2,200 MASL, this washed lot delivers juicy lime notes reminiscent of margarita syrup, alongside green grapes, delicate florals, and a sparkling lemon-lime acidity. Clean, sweet, and memorable in every cup.
