Light on its feet and full of promise, Spring Forward is a bright, expressive Ethiopian coffee that captures the feeling of renewal. It opens with the soft, creamy sweetness of nougat, lifted by the delicate sparkle of bergamot for a fragrant citrus brightness. As it develops, dried apricot adds a sun-kissed depth, bringing warmth and balance to an otherwise airy, elegant cup. The result is a coffee that feels like the first warm breeze after winter—fresh, uplifting, and full of bloom.
The aroma is gentle and floral, with honeyed almond notes and a bright hint of orange zest. On the palate, creamy nougat meets vibrant bergamot, finishing with the soft, chewy sweetness of dried apricot.
