Produced by Jose Ignacio and Pepe Jijón, this washed coffee showcases a beautifully expressive profile with fragrant jasmine, bright clementine, and delicate black tea notes. Carefully fermented and dried in a darkroom, the coffee highlights the terroir and complexity of this exceptional Ecuadorian variety. This omniroast is optimized for filter brewing, offering a clean, aromatic cup with vibrant citrus sweetness and a refined tea-like finish.
