Shyira is a vibrant washed Red Bourbon from Rwanda’s Nyabihu region, produced by Muraho Trading Company and sourced from various smallholder farmers growing at 1,850–2,300 metres. The coffee delivers a juicy and balanced espresso with notes of sweet orange, redcurrant, and delicate rooibos. Its bright fruit character and clean structure create a lively shot, while the juicy mouthfeel adds depth and sweetness. A versatile choice for both straight espresso and milk-based drinks, Shyira showcases the distinctive character of high-altitude Rwandan coffee.
