Keramo is produced by 1,500 smallholder farmers working alongside Daye Bensa in Sidama, Ethiopia. This washed JARC 74112 variety is grown at elevations of up to 2,300 meters above sea level, where ideal growing conditions help develop exceptional complexity and clarity.

Carefully processed at the Keramo Adara station, this coffee is roasted to highlight its clean, expressive character in filter brewing methods. The high-altitude cultivation and washed process create a bright and balanced cup with refined sweetness, lively acidity, and remarkable clarity.
