Luna is La Cabra's brighter, more contemporary year-round blend — designed as a crisp contrast to their classic Terra offering. Combining washed lots from Ethiopia and Guatemala, the Ethiopian component, often sourced from the Refisa washing station, undergoes a long, slow fermentation of up to 60 hours, lending a deep stone-fruit sweetness reminiscent of tinned peaches. The Guatemalan lot provides a clean, structured base that integrates delicate jasmine and citrus aromatics into a cohesive, vibrant cup. Equally at home as filter or espresso.
