Landrace Double Soak Washed Banko Taratu comes from the smallholder producers of Banko Taratu in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown at 1,900–2,300 MASL. This double fermentation washed lot of 74110 and 74112 varieties delivers a clear, high-toned cup with honeysuckle aromatics, mandarin-like citrus, and ripe peach sweetness. A silky texture and bright, refined finish complete the profile.
