Caturra Semi Washed Finca El Sendero is an expressive Colombian coffee produced by Eyder Erney Martinez Mosquera at Finca El Sendero in Cauca, growing at 1,800 metres above sea level. Made from the classic Caturra variety, this semi-washed coffee offers a distinctive profile with notes of Earl Grey, tropical fruit, and lemongrass. Its bright, aromatic character combines delicate tea-like qualities with refreshing citrus and tropical sweetness. The semi-washed process helps create a clean and balanced cup while allowing the coffee’s floral, fruity, and herbal characteristics to shine.
