Produced by second-generation farmer Huver in Colombia, this coffee reflects years of dedication to improving quality through innovative processing. After transitioning to specialty coffee in 2014, Huver focused on refining post-harvest techniques, helping his family produce their first export-quality specialty coffee in 2018.
This washed lot undergoes an extended fermentation, including 17 hours of oxidation followed by 74 hours of fermentation with brewer’s yeast, creating exceptional depth and complexity. Carefully dried at low temperatures, the result is a clean, expressive coffee that showcases Huver’s commitment to quality and innovation.
