Warm Shadow is a washed Maracaturra grown by Eudoro Guillén at Los Pirineos in northern Nicaragua. Eudoro is a third generation producer who has spent more than 25 years tending the farm with his family. The large bean variety and cool mountain setting yield a layered cup with rhubarb brightness, marzipan sweetness and an apple cider finish.
Roasted by FUNK Coffee in Vancouver and packed as whole beans in a 250g can with an oxygen-scavenging seal.
