Downtempo Decaf comes from Ricardo Zelaya’s Finca Santa Clara in Guatemala. After processing at origin, the coffee is decaffeinated by Swiss Water in British Columbia. FUNK roasts it to preserve its sweetness and texture, creating an easygoing decaf for filter, press or espresso.
Roasted by FUNK Coffee in Vancouver and packed as whole beans in a 250g can with an oxygen-scavenging seal.
