The Barn’s Kayon Mountain is a vibrant Ethiopian coffee from Guji, produced by Ismael Hassen Aredo at 2,145 metres. This washed Heirloom lot is roasted medium-light and works beautifully as both espresso and filter. Expect a bright, juicy cup with notes of peach, jasmine, and iced tea, balanced by sugary sweetness and fresh acidity.
