Peach Fizz comes from September Coffee, sourced from the Danche washing station in Gedeb, Ethiopia, at 2,200 MASL. Smallholder farmers harvest Kurume and Wolisho varieties — treasured heirloom cultivars of the Yirgacheffe region — before a classic washed process imparts immaculate clarity to the cup. The result is a vibrant, effervescent filter coffee with notes of peach tea, white florals, and a refreshing lemon lime soda finish that lingers delightfully.
