Moonlight is a dark-leaning, deeply sweet blend designed for coffee lovers who enjoy a rich, comforting cup with low acidity. This latest version combines a natural Yellow Catuai from Fazenda Jaguara in Minas Gerais, Brazil, with a washed lot from the Atitlan Pasajquim cooperative in Guatemala’s Sololá region. Together, they create a full-bodied profile with notes of chocolate, caramel, and brown sugar. The Brazilian component brings milky chocolate, soft nuttiness, and a velvety body, while the Guatemalan coffee adds warmth, depth, and caramel sweetness. Bold yet smooth, Moonlight is particularly well suited to espresso and shines beautifully with milk, making it an excellent choice for flat whites, lattes, or a rich black coffee.
