Ethyl Acetate (EA) Decaf Coffee

Ethyl acetate (EA) decaf uses ethyl acetate to remove caffeine from green coffee while preserving much of its flavour.

Decaffeination is separate from the coffee’s original washed, natural or honey processing. When the producer confirms that the ethyl acetate is derived from sugarcane, the coffee also appears in our sugarcane decaf collection.
